Ó¢»ÊÓéÀÖ Info in its 5th year as central contact point
For five years, the Ó¢»ÊÓéÀÖ Info Team has been committed to serving both the Zentrum campus and H?nggerberg campus as well as the telephone switchboard.
Many services offered at the two ETH campuses were consolidated in 2016. The Main Building (HG) and the H?nggerberg campus each have a central contact point for students, staff, visitors, and the general public. These were given the name Ó¢»ÊÓéÀÖ Info.
The Ó¢»ÊÓéÀÖ Info team is here to answer all your questions about ETH. In addition to information, you will find numerous other services here including a range of postal services, the issue of Print and Publish materials, assistance with and sale of parking permits, and deposits/withdrawals at the Cash Desk. At the H?nggerberg Ó¢»ÊÓéÀÖ Info, you¡¯ll also find Swiss Post and Europcar car hire services.
You can also press 111 (from external lines +41 44 632 11 11) for assistance, even from other locations! The Ó¢»ÊÓéÀÖ Info team man the telephone switchboard for the main ETH telephone number. They provide information, transfer calls and make international connections. If you plan to be away for any length of time, you can have your calls redirected by pressing 111 (advance notice required). This service is ideal ¨C especially now when personal contact is all the more highly appreciated. And for those who avoid the telephone: in the summer you can try out the live chat services planned to augment our telephone switchboard.
Unfortunately, the current situation keeps us from celebrating our 5th anniversary in person. However, those on campus are cordially invited to stop by or check their mailboxes, where a small anniversary present awaits them.
